Property aerials from £125
The starting package includes edited aerial photographs of a property and its setting. Image usage is agreed with your quote. Larger sites, additional travel, extra viewpoints and any video requirements are quoted individually. Describe the listing or marketing project so the scope covers what you need.
A clear brief makes a useful set of images
Include the property postcode, the features you want to show, where the photographs will be used and your preferred timing. Gardens, grounds, access and the relationship to the wider landscape can be part of the brief. Tell Alan if an estate agent or marketing team has requested particular views.
Check access and feasibility first
Every site is considered individually for airspace, nearby people, obstacles, privacy and a suitable take-off and landing area. Flights depend on weather and safe conditions. The illustrative aerial image on this website is not a customer portfolio photograph. Completed work can only be presented as portfolio material with the appropriate permission.
