NORTHERN VIEW DRONES

Aerial survey imagery in Cumbria & Leeds

Visual aerial photographs for property owners, surveyors and project teams.

What aerial survey imagery includes

If you are searching for an aerial survey, the deliverable matters. Northern View Drones supplies drone photographs and visual observations of visible areas. Images can give a roofer, surveyor or contractor an overview of a roof, property, land or project. They can also record a site’s appearance at a particular stage of work.

Plan the images around your brief

Tell Alan what your specialist needs to review and which views will be useful. The quote can cover roof and gutter imagery, aerial property photographs, farm buildings, visual solar-panel photographs or construction-progress images. Repeat visits and particular viewpoints can be discussed before booking.

Visual records and photographic summaries

Deliverables are agreed in the quote and supplied digitally. Detailed roof imagery can include an annotated photographic summary, and short aerial video may be agreed where appropriate. Images help communicate visible details and site context. They should be interpreted by the relevant specialist when decisions depend on technical condition.

Measured, structural and thermal surveys

This service does not provide measured topographical surveys, photogrammetry mapping, 3D models, structural diagnosis, thermal inspections or electrical testing. If those are required, tell your qualified specialist before booking. A photographic record should not be used as a substitute for measurements or a professional condition assessment.

Cumbria and Leeds coverage

Alan works between Cumbria and Leeds. Visits depend on the location, practical access and local availability. Send the postcode, the purpose of the imagery, the required views and preferred timing. Flight feasibility, weather and the agreed scope are checked before a date and quote are confirmed.
