Photographs of visible tiles, chimneys, flashing and gutters help you share a clear view with your roofer. Straightforward residential roof imagery starts at £99. A more detailed package starts at £149 and includes an annotated photographic summary. The imagery supports a specialist’s assessment. It does not diagnose structural defects or replace a building survey.

Holiday lets, homes and rural businesses

Aerial property photography can show gardens, grounds, access and the surrounding landscape for estate agents and holiday-let marketing. Property aerials start at £125, with image usage agreed in your quote. Land, farm-building, visual solar-panel and construction-progress imagery can also be discussed.
