NORTHERN VIEW DRONES

Drone roof inspections in Cumbria & Leeds

Clear aerial photographs to review with your roofer or surveyor.

See visible roof details

A drone visit provides photographs of visible tiles, slates, chimneys, flashing and gutters. These images help you show a roofing contractor the areas you are concerned about, discuss maintenance or keep a record of visible condition. The agreed views depend on the roof, access, surrounding obstacles and flight feasibility.

Roof imagery from £99

The starting package covers a straightforward residential roof, with high-resolution photographs of visible roof, chimney and gutter areas and digital delivery. Larger properties, complex sites or additional travel are quoted individually. You receive a confirmed price and scope before booking.

Detailed roof imagery from £149

For extra context, the detailed package includes the roof imagery package and an annotated photographic summary. A short aerial video may be included where appropriate and agreed. Tell Alan which roof areas your contractor needs to see so the work can be planned around your brief.

Photography for your specialist to assess

Drone imagery is a visual record. It cannot guarantee that every defect will be visible, establish structural safety or diagnose the cause of a leak. A qualified roofer or surveyor should interpret the findings and advise on repairs. The service does not include thermal imaging, electrical testing or measured surveying.

Arrange a roof visit

Visits are available in Cumbria and Leeds, subject to local availability and feasibility. Send your postcode, property type and the roof areas of concern. Permission for take-off and landing, site access, airspace, nearby people and suitable weather are considered before confirming the work.
